PaymentsAn advance deposit may be required to reserve an event date.Full payment must be completed according to the payment schedule specified in the booking agreement.Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, digital payment platforms, and other approved methods.Any outstanding balance must be paid before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Refund & Cancellation PolicyDeposits and advance payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking agreement.Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to the cancellation timeline and agreed contract terms.Processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from refundable amounts.

 

5. Pricing & Additional ChargesPrices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.Additional services, equipment, decorations, catering enhancements, overtime use, cleaning fees, or damage charges may incur additional costs.Applicable taxes and service fees will be added where required by law.

 

6. Chargebacks & Payment DisputesCustomers agree to contact ViewPond Banquet Hall directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.Unauthorized chargebacks may result in cancellation of services and recovery of associated costs.

 

7. Event ChangesRequests for changes to event dates, guest counts, layouts, or services are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.ViewPond Banquet Hall reserves the right to refuse changes that cannot be reasonably accommodated.

 

8. LiabilityViewPond Banquet Hall is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damages caused during the event.
